Generations College’s goal is student success!  Generations College has therefore developed policies and procedures to ensure that all students who identify with disabilities obtain equal access to college life.

Additionally, students who identify with disabilities and are seeking accommodations should complete this document and provide a signed copy to Generations College’s Dean of Student Affairs to initiate the accommodation process. To the extent possible, the documentation should be provided in advance of the anticipated need for accommodations. The Dean of Student Services will contact you following your submission of this form to request such documentation and to set up a time to discuss your accommodation request.
