WORK STUDY

Federal Work-Study (FWS) provides part-time temporary jobs for full-time students with demonstrated financial need, allowing them to earn money to help pay education expenses and gain work experience at the same time.

FWS students must be in good academic standing and maintain that academic standing throughout the entire semester.

FWS jobs are filled based upon a number of factors including:

Available funds
Student need
College need
Required skills
The student will gain experience related to their chosen field of study
