While at Generations, Charles Dowden took night classes in Business Administration and worked full-time during the day. The flexibility of the course scheduling at Generations allowed him to continue working while enrolled. Because of his excellent academic performance while at Generations, he was inducted into the Phi Theta Kappa honors society and selected to be a member of the All Illinois Academic Team. Right after graduating from Generations, he went on to transfer into a Bachelor’s Degree program in Business Management with a concentration in Business Communications at Loyola University. He graduated from Loyola in December of 2011 and currently works full-time for the Cook County Court System as an administrator.
