As the 2020 presidential election gains momentum, candidates’ ads and pleas for votes are seemingly everywhere. Interest in the political process overall has grown in the past decade, thanks in large part to politics taking center stage on news broadcasts and late-night talk shows. However, young voter turnout leaves something to be desired.
